Azul Growth Partners is led by Paul Zelizer, a business development and growth strategist who has helped 10,000+ mission-driven leaders strengthen their strategy, messaging, partnerships, and growth plans.

Paul brings 20+ years of experience across startup coaching, ecosystem building, capital strategy, and podcasting. He has worked with founders, investors, public agencies, accelerators, and community partners to help companies find traction and scale.

He is the host of Awarepreneurs, one of the world’s longest-running social entrepreneur podcasts, with nearly 400 episodes. Paul is also the co-founder of NM Tech Talks where he leads New Mexico Tech Week, and NMClimate, New Mexico’s cleantech ecosystem development organization.

Paul led two SBA THRIVE accelerator cohorts in Albuquerque, helping 40 business owners strengthen operations, sales, and growth strategy, while earning top-10 national rankings.
